How to Request Account Deletion

You can delete your Voltrix account at any time through the app. Account deletion is an irreversible action.

Step-by-step instructions:

Open the Voltrix app on your device
Log in to your account (if you are not already logged in)
Go to the "Profile" section (profile icon in the menu)
Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section
Tap the "Delete Account" button
Confirm the deletion in the dialog box that appears
After confirmation, your account will be deleted

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is not possible in the following cases:

You have active powerbank rentals — you must return all powerbanks before deleting your account
You have unpaid debts — you must pay all debts before deleting your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

User profile (phone number)
Powerbank rental history
Linked bank cards
Payment and transaction history
App settings
Authentication tokens
All personal data associated with the account

What Data May Be Retained

In accordance with legal requirements, some data may be retained for a certain period:

Financial data and transaction history — up to 5 years (tax law requirements)
System logs and technical data — up to 30 days (for security and troubleshooting purposes)
Anonymized statistical data — may be stored in aggregated form without the ability to identify the user

Processing Time

Account deletion occurs immediately after confirmation in the app. All data is deleted within 24 hours of confirmation.

Account Recovery

After account deletion, recovery is not possible. If you want to use the Voltrix service again, you will need to create a new account with a new phone number.
