VOLTRIX TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: October 13, 2025 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. This User Agreement governs the relationship between the user and the Voltrix service when using the mobile application and web service for powerbank rental. 1.2. By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms of this Agreement. 1.3. If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, discontinue use of the Service. 2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION 2.1. Voltrix is a service for renting portable charging devices (powerbanks) through a network of automated stations in Georgia. 2.2. Main Service functions: • Search and booking of available powerbanks • Powerbank rental via QR code or mobile application • Return of powerbanks to any available station • Automatic calculation of rental cost • Payment processing through integrated payment system • Rental status notification system 3. REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION 3.1. To use the Service, you must: • Provide a valid phone number • Verify the phone number via SMS code • Agree to the terms of this Agreement and Privacy Policy 3.2. You undertake to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. 3.3. We reserve the right to block an account if fraud or violation of the Agreement is suspected. 4. RENTAL TERMS 4.1 Standard tariffs and pricing: • Free minutes: 15 minutes free with each rental • First hour: 2 GEL • Second hour: 2 GEL • Third hour: 2 GEL • Maximum per day: 6 GEL • Penalty for loss/non-return: 130 GEL Tariffs may differ from standard and are displayed in the station card window in the application. Tariff data in the application card are valid at the time of viewing. 4.2 Cycle system: • Every 24 hours a new rental cycle begins • Cost accumulates with usage • Charges occur when the 6 GEL limit is reached 4.3 Deposits: Before the rental starts, a deposit equal to the daily rental fee is charged from the user's default bank card. After the rental is completed, the unused portion of the deposit is refunded to the user's account. 5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS 5.1 Payment methods: • Bank cards through specialized payment system • Supported currencies: GEL, USD, EUR 5.2 Automatic charges: • Rental cost is charged automatically • Periodic charges possible for long-term rentals • Penalties are charged when rental terms are violated 5.3 Refunds: • Refunds are processed no later than 10 business days • Refunds are only possible to the card used for payment 5.4. Refund Eligibility Conditions 5.4.1. A refund may be issued only in the following cases: • a technical malfunction of the station preventing the user from obtaining a powerbank; • a malfunction of the powerbank discovered immediately after the rental begins; • an erroneous charge or duplicate transaction; • any other payment-related error not corresponding to the actual rental usage. 5.4.2. A refund will not be issued in the following cases: • the user successfully obtained a powerbank and began using it — the service is considered provided; • the powerbank is returned later than the allowed time — rental fees apply according to the tariff; • the powerbank is lost or damaged — a penalty is charged in accordance with Section 4.1; • the rental was not properly completed by the user (e.g., the device was not inserted into the slot until fixed). 5.5. Refund Request Procedure 5.5.1. To submit a refund request, the user must provide the following information: • the phone number associated with the account; • the date and time of the rental; • the station ID; • a description of the issue. 5.5.2. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. 5.5.3. The decision regarding the refund is made based on Voltrix system data and rental records. 5.6. Refund Processing Time and Method 5.6.1. Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after the request is approved. 5.6.2. Refunds are issued only to the same bank card that was used for the original payment. 5.6.3. The actual time for funds to appear on the user's account may vary depending on the user's bank. 6. USER OBLIGATIONS 6.1. The user undertakes to: • Use powerbanks for their intended purpose • Return powerbanks in working condition • Pay for rental services on time • Not disrupt station and equipment operation • Comply with safety rules 6.2. Prohibited: • Damaging or destroying powerbanks • Using powerbanks for illegal purposes • Transferring powerbanks to third parties • Hacking or disrupting system operation 7. LIABILITY OF PARTIES 7.1 User liability: • Full material liability for loss or damage to powerbank • Liability for violation of rental terms • Compensation for damage caused to equipment 7.2 Service liability: • Ensuring station operability • Timely payment processing • Technical support for users • Limited liability up to the rental cost 7.3 Force majeure: • Parties are released from liability under circumstances of force majeure • Force majeure includes: natural disasters, military actions, actions of government bodies 8. PENALTY AND BLOCKING SYSTEM 8.1 Penalties: • 130 GEL — for loss or non-return of powerbank • Additional penalties — for equipment damage • Late fees — for payment delays 8.2 Blocking: • Temporary blocking for violation of terms • Permanent blocking for repeated violations • Blocking if fraud is suspected 9. TECHNICAL SUPPORT 9.1. Technical support is provided: • By email: support@voltrix.ge 9.2. Support hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00 - 18:00, Sat-Sun: 10:00 - 16:00. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 10.1. All rights to the Service, including software, design, content, belong to us. 10.2. The user is granted a limited license to use the Service in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. 11. CHANGES TO TERMS 11.1. We reserve the right to change the terms of the Agreement. 11.2. We will notify of significant changes through push notifications and application updates. 11.3. Continued use of the Service after changes means agreement with the new terms. 12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 12.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. 12.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are considered in court at the location of our company. 12.3. Applicable law: legislation of Georgia. 13. FINAL PROVISIONS 13.1. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. 13.2. The Agreement is valid until terminated by either party. 13.3. We may discontinue provision of the Service without notice. 14.
